The beds in the homes does not remain empty for long. Within a span of two weeks of loosing Khudiram Mondal and Maya Adhikary we were requested to provide home support to two homeless elderly ladies. On Thursday 10th April 2025 Ranu Chakraborty came to Bhalobasa from Hope Foundation Hospital who was rescued by Survey Park PS and was admitted in Baghajatin State General Hospital. Later with the support of Hive India Ranu came to Bhalobasa. She has a son which we had come to know and we are now in the process of finding him.
Kalyani Bose was identified by Thakurpukur PS from Behala area and we were requested us to take her in. After 3 days in Vidyasagar State General Hospital Kalyani dida came home on 12th April. Kalyani is also speaking about her sons, daughter in laws and grandchildren. We will slowly get to know as now she needs to rest, eat and gain her physical – mental stability.
Our two deaths were within a span of 1 day and coincidentally the coming home was also within a time difference of 1 day. God bless all who are in this journey with FOKE.
